Congreso´s Education Services division is currently seeking part-time Group Facilitators to work with elementary school or middle school aged children. The Group Facilitator will be responsible to develop and implement lesson plans, facilitate classes, assist with homework, and supervise high school leaders. The lesson plans will concentrate on language arts, math, science, political science, health, arts, recreation and life skills. MCC seeks a Director, Clinical Services who will be responsible for the oversight of direct services, including quality assurance, case reviews and consultations, and goal setting for families; orientation and training of new staff; and supervision of the Perinatal Emotional Support Program and some of MCC´s program sites (North Central MOMobile and Northwest MOMobile). Requirements include a Master´s Degree in Social Work or related field, 3-5 years of clinical and supervisory experience and a valid drivers license, clean driving record and car. Qualified candidates will have excellent written, communication and organizational skills, ability to work well with people and as a team, and an interest in maternal and child health.
