All persons duly registered as students of podiatric medicine that are ethnic minority and other students interested in ethnic minority concerns, who have paid the membership fees shall be a member of SNPMA. The legislative body of SNPMA shall be composed of the delegates or alternate delegate from each local chapter and the executive committee.
