The Temple AD Club, aka "TAC", is a student organization run through the department of advertising in Temple's School of Communications and Theater. The organization is a student chapter of American Advertising Federation (AAF).

Aperture (Photojournalism)

ED2010 aka "ED" is a community of young, eager magazine editors and magazine-editor wannabes who want to learn more about the industry so they can fulfill their dreams of being in top editing positions. The organization operates as a resource for aspiring magazine editors, publishers, writers, designers, photographers and other staff.

Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA)

The Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) offers members a variety of tools that can help students gain valuable information and experience. Weekly meetings feature guest speakers from various PR fields, guided tours of agencies, and networking opportunities for members. PRSSA also offers hands-on experience through fundraising and the newly developed student run PR Firm, PRowl Public Relations. PRSSA is a great way to get involved on campus and in the Philadelphia community.

Black Public Relations Society

Temple University's Black Public Relations Society is a professional public relations organization that aims to cultivate, encourage, and create a supportive community for aspiring minority PR majors at Temple University. TUBPRS offers networking opportunities through volunteering with local PR projects and events as well as connecting with other chapters of BPRS.

Radio/Television News Directors Association (RTNDA)

RTNDA has student chapters at colleges and universities throughout the United States. Founded in 1987, RTNDA's Student Chapter Affiliate Program fosters closer cooperation and improves communication among students, educators and working professionals in radio, television and online news.

The Student Sports Media Association

The Student Sports Media Association aims to foster growth and enterprise in students who are interested in pursuing a career in sports media. The SSMA is an outlet for students to speak openly about all aspects of sports media, including press etiquette, ethics, networking and career/internship opportunities. The SSMA is open to any student with a passion for sports media and forges dialogue amongst students with common career interests.

Temple Association of Black Journalists (TABJ)

Temple's Association of Black Journalists (TABJ) is an official student chapter of the National Association of Black Journalists. TABJ won the National Association of Black Journalists' Student Organization of the Year award for 2005-2006. The organization provides minority journalists with networking opportunities they need to start their career.
