Gregg Feistman, assistant professor in the Strategic & Organizational Communication department, offered this advice for anyone who is concerned about saving face after receiving negative publicity: "Get out in front of it, admit you made a mistake, apologize for it, say how you're going to correct it, and then, of course, make sure it never happens again." |
