What does this mean for students? Temple provides a very safe environment for students, but what is diversity beyond a college campus? What are organizations doing to promote diversity and why are they promoting diversity? Is corporate America making progress in terms of diversity? Do affinity groups help or hurt? Do Temple students have an advantage in the "real world" coming from such a diverse community?
