    Temple University's student photojournalism society, Aperture hosts its bi-annual photo exhibit for the Spring 2008. Work featured at this exhibit will consist of photographs taken from the Basic, Documentary, Lighting, and Photo Seminar classes.

    NATPE Student Career Workshop

    The workshop features a panel of working professionals from the Philadelphia area who will speak about their jobs and answer questions about career opportunities in the broadcast, journalism and video production fields. Already confirmed for the panel are the following guests:

    • Michael Colleran - President & GM of KWY-TV (CBS 3) & CW 57
    • Marc Summers –Philadelphia-based host and producer of programming for the Food Network. Students may recall Marc as “chief slimer” on Nickelodeon’s “Double Dare”

    A FREE breakfast and lunch will be provided to all who register and attend. Breakfast at 8 a.m. will be followed by the workshop which will start at 9 a.m.

    The event is free but advance registration is required. RSVP to EdFound@natpe.org with “Career Workshop RSVP” in the subject line of the e-mail. Each RSVP will receive an e-mail confirmation with complete information pertaining to the event. Please include the following information

    • full name
    • name of the college or university you attend
    • major area of study
    • class year (junior, senior, etc.)
