A. Yes. All guests are required to present tickets for admission to both the main ceremony at the Liacouras Center and the SCT ceremony at McGonigle Hall. There will be four guest tickets available for each ceremony. There will not be additional tickets due to the large number of graduating students this year and limited building capacity.

Q. Will I receive announcements?

A. Four (4) announcements per student will be available in the Student Affairs Office (Annenberg Hall, Room 9) between April 27th & May 4th.

Q. If I graduated in August 2008 or January 2009 may I attend and have my name announced?

A. Those who graduated in August 2008 had the opportunity to walk in the May 2008 graduation ceremonies and are not included in the 2009 ceremonies. Those who graduated in January 2009 are invited to attend only Temple’s main commencement ceremony at the Liacouras Center.

Q. How do I know if I am eligible to attend the commencement ceremonies?

May 2009 graduates: If you have applied for graduation, completed all necessary requirements, paid your fee, and submitted your RSVP, you are eligible to attend.

August 2009 graduates: Students who have “petitioned to walk” by February 16th 2009, will be advised of their eligibility to “walk” by March 19th.
