Safety Features

At Campus Safety Services, our primary goal is to prevent crime through proactive strategies. We utilize tools and technology to assist us and keep you safe:

• an integrated computer-aided dispatch (CAD) system directly linked with the Philadelphia Police Communication Center CAD. system assist in the coordination of service in the area of university campuses
• outdoor Code Blue Emergency phones are strategically located on the campus walkways, near residence halls and university buildings and at or near parking areas
• security kiosks are staffed by security officers and are placed at strategic locations around the campus
• high–intensity lighting increases visibility on campus walkways
• a campus-wide camera system
• shuttle services operates from 5:30pm – 6:00am daily during the semester
