Theft

This pertains to theft of University or Health System owned or leased equipment. Upon discovery immediately report the theft to Temple University Police. Notify Temple University's Risk Management and Insurance Department within five business days. Investigation will take place and reimbursement will be based on replacement cost less a $250.00 deductible, which is the responsibility of affected department.
