What is OWLnet?
OWLnet is a web-based online system that allows access to your academic and financial records. You can log in using your TUid and your Temple personal identification number (PIN) or your AccessNet ID and password. OWLnet is available seven days a week - from Sunday at 1:00 PM to Saturday at 10:00 PM, except 4:00 A.M. to 6:00 A.M. Monday through Saturday.
How up-to-date is the information on OWLNet?
OWLnet is a real-time system. That means that the information that you see is the same information that you or your adviser can see on a terminal or PC screen. Transactions made to your record through the web or while you are on the web, are immediately available to you through OWLnet.
What will OWLNnet allow me to do?
OWLnet provides access to real-time data and allows you to:
- Register for classes and revise your class schedule
- Print your roster
- View open course lists
- View course descriptions, prerequisites, course fees and pertinent comments
- View and update your permanent, mailing and billing address records
- View your academic history and print your grades
- Request a grade report
- Review your academic progress at mid-term in lower division Undergraduate courses
- Review your academic standing
- View your Financial Information
- Financial aid awards
- Account balance
- Pay your balance by credit card or e-check
- Confirm your registration to accept your financial aid awards if your balance due is $0.00
- Authorize a third party to pay your bill
- Authorize "Direct Deposit" of refunds
- View and print your DARS and notes from advising sessions
- View and update your permanent, mailing and billing address records
- Check the status of your application for admission
- Access Additional Services
- Change your PIN
- Produce an Enrollment Verification form for your bank, lender or other agency
- Consent to the release of information from education records to parents, guardians or other appropriate persons by completing a FERPA waiver
- Obtain information and enroll in Student Health Insurance
Can I use all the features of OWLnet?
Not everyone is authorized to register online. However, the other services provided by OWLnet are available to students.
How do I register via the web?
It's easy. Just go to the OWLnet website and follow the instructions.
What can I find out about my financial aid package?
- You can obtain general information concerning the total amount of aid offered for the current semester (or most recent semester), as well as the amount of aid that has been applied to your account.
- You can access more specific information regarding the type and amount of financial aid you have received.
