Grade Submissions

Final Grades must be entered within 48 hours after the last day of final exams at the University. Any grades that are not submitted by the due date and time will be recorded as "MG": Missing Grade.

The Pass/Fail grading scheme is not permitted for undergraduate courses.

Grades for undergraduate and graduate students will be updated to academic history daily at 5:00 AM (ET). Professional schools may update grades on a different schedule.

Grade Reporting Instructions

  • - Grading is accessed through the TUportal using Self-Service Banner (SSB).
  • - Grading instructions are available online through a simulated demonstration with a voice overview and screen shots of step-by-step processing at: http://www.temple.edu/cs/training/ssbgrades/

Jan. 12th, 2012 XWI Grading Opens

XWI Grading suspended until the end of the spring term (Grades entered by this deadline will show on academic history)

Feb. 21st, 2012 Spring 2012 undergraduate mid-term progress ratings opens
March 12th, 2012 at 5:00PM EDT Spring 2012 undergraduate mid-term progress ratings closes
March 20th, 2012 Last day to withdrawal from spring semester
March 28th, 2012 XWI & Spring 2012 final grading opens
March 29th, 2012 ‘W’ grades will roll to academic history
May 12th, 2012 from 6:00AM to 6:00PM EDT Spring 2012 final grading suspended for Banner upgrade
May 14th, 2012 at 5:00PM EDT
