Grade Submissions

Final Grades must be entered within 48 hours after the last day of final exams at the University. Any grades that are not submitted by the due date and time will be recorded as "MG": Missing Grade.

The Pass/Fail grading scheme is not permitted for undergraduate courses.

Grades for undergraduate and graduate students will be updated to academic history daily at 5:00 AM (ET). Professional schools may update grades on a different schedule.

Important Grading Updates

October 21, 2014 Last day to withdraw from Full Term Courses in Fall 2014
October 22, 2014

"W" grades updated to Academic History; Fall 2014 final grading for Full Term Courses begins

December 19, 2014 at 4:00PM (ET) Fall 2014 final grading for Full Term Courses ends; “MG” symbol applied to missing grades
December 20, 2014 Fall 2014 final grades for Full Term Courses with GPA recalculation available to students in SSB

  • Any grade missing after the deadline will be converted to "MG".
  • All late grades must be submitted through the Change of Grade request
