Grade Submissions

Final Grades must be entered within 48 hours after the last day of final exams at the University. Any grades that are not submitted by the due date and time will be recorded as "MG": Missing Grade.

The Pass/Fail grading scheme is not permitted for undergraduate courses.

Grades for undergraduate and graduate students will be updated to academic history daily at 5:00 AM (ET). Professional schools may update grades on a different schedule.

January 12, 2014 Last day to withdraw from Spring 2014 courses in XWI part of term (Winter Intersession)
January 13, 2014

"W" grades in XWI part of term updated to Academic History; Spring 2014 grading for XWI part of term begins

March 25, 2014 Last day to withdraw from Spring 2014 courses in part of term 1 (Standard)
March 26, 2014 Spring 2014 final grading for part of term 1 (Standard) opens
May 19, 2014 at 4:00PM (ET) Spring 2014 final grading for parts of term 1 (Standard) and XWI closes; “MG” symbol applied to missing grades
May 20, 2014 Spring 2014 final grades with GPA recalculation available to students in SSB

**Please Note:

  • Any grade missing after the deadline will be converted to "MG".
  • All late grades must be submitted through the Change of Grade request
