Place Your Order

  • Currently Enrolled Students: login to TUPortal; select Student Tools tab; and select Transcript Request link in the Records Channel.

  • If you are a former student or alumnus, please visit the Parchment storefront.

  • Transcript order status can be viewed at any time by logging into your Parchment account.

 

Eligibility - Students with holds will not have their transcript released, and may be prevented from placing an order.

Student responsibility - Students must provide a complete and verified mailing address for the recipient. Office of the University Registrar is not responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the address provided.

Processing time - Standard processing is 5-10 business days. Rush processing (1-3 business days) is available by selecting an express delivery method. Additional processing time may be required during high volume periods, around University closings, and for academic records prior to 1980.


Delivery method

  • Standard: United States Postal Service (USPS) first class mail within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).

  • Express Domestic: Delivered within the continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) by United Parcel Service (UPS). A tracking number will be provided with this mailing option. Requests received prior to 11:59PM ET will be fulfilled the next business day.

  • Express International: Delivered to any region outside of the continental United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) by United Parcel Service (UPS). A tracking number will be provided with this mailing option. Requests received prior to 11:59PM ET will be fulfilled the next business day.
  •  
  • Pick-Up/Rush Pick-Up - You will be notified via email when your order is available for pick-up. For same day/rush pick-up service. Requests received prior to 11:59PM ET will be fulfilled the next business day. Transcripts not picked up within 30 calendar days will be destroyed.
    Beasley School of Law students will pick up their transcript orders in the Law School Registrar's Office.

    Note: We do not send transcripts by fax. The quickest method to deliver a transcript is by choosing the eTranscript option.
 

Document security - The officially sealed and signed transcript is printed on burgundy SCRIP-SAFEĀ® security paper with Temple University printed in small type across the face of the document. A raised seal is not required. Each official transcript contains a unique serial number. When photocopied the word COPY should appear. Official transcripts will be enclosed in a security envelope including the Registrar's signature.

Attachments - Appropriate attachments include forms requiring a signature by the University Registrar or professional licensing documents. All attachments can be uploaded during the order process. Office of the University Registrar reserves the right to reject inappropriate attachments.

  • Rush Pick-up: $18.75
  • Express Domestic: $32.75
  • Express International: $48.75

Refund - Refunds will not be issued for official transcripts.
