Place Your Order
- If you have access to TUportal, go to the Student Tools tab and select the Transcript Request link in the Records channel. You will be prompted to verify your account information the first time you access the storefront.
Processing time - Most eTranscripts will be processed the same day as ordered. Once an eTranscript order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled or changed. If you attended prior to 1990 your order may require additional processing time.
eTranscript eligibility - Students with holds will not have their transcript released, and may be prevented from placing an order.
Note: Students who attend(ed) the School of Medicine or the School of Podiatric Medicine are not currently eligible for eTranscripts.
Student responsibility - Students must provide a complete and verified e-mail address for the recipient. Office of the University Registrar is not responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the e-mail address provided. Students should verify that recipient will accept an eTranscript before ordering.
Delivery method - eTranscripts are issued in a digital PDF format that must be picked up by the recipient within 30 days.
Note: We do not send transcripts by fax. The quickest method to deliver a transcript is by choosing the eTranscript option.
Document security - eTranscripts contain a unique serial number visibly displayed on the document and features the following additional security measures:
- The eTranscript will be passcode protected, and have an embedded blue ribbon certified electronic signature.
Cost - $8.75 per transcript
Refund - Refunds will not be issued for eTranscripts due to the near real-time processing and delivery of the orders.
Attachments - Office of the University Registrar will not accept attachments to accompany an eTranscript order. If you wish to send an attachment, please send it separately to the recipient.
