Temple University will be closed for Winter Break from end of business on Friday December 22, 2017 through Monday January 1, 2018.

The Office of the University Registrar will close on Friday December 22, 2017 at 2:00 PM and reopen on Tuesday January 2, 2018 at 8:30 am.

Transcript Processing:

Electronic Transcript ordering will be available during the closure for all who are eligible.

Note: Orders placed for the following are not eligible for automated electronic processing and will be completed upon our return.

- School of Podiatric Medicine Students

- Students who have attended prior to 1980 in all programs

- Students who cannot be automatically matched in the student information system database.

Paper transcript ordering will be unavailable from Thursday December 21, 2017 at 5:00 PM to January 2, 2018 at 10:00AM.

- Standard and rush transcript orders placed by the end of business on December 21, 2017 will be processed and mailed by end of day December 22, 2017.

- Paper transcript processing will resume upon our return on January 2, 2018.

Undergraduate and Graduate degrees for the December 21, 2017 graduation will be awarded on January 15, 2018 with an effective date of December 21, 2017.

Degrees for the December 21, 2017 graduation will be conferred on January 15, 2018 and transcripts can be ordered after January 15, 2018.

All Standard Orders for Duplicate diplomas should be ordered by December 4, 2017 to ensure processing before the Winter Break.

All Rush Duplicate diplomas should be ordered by Wednesday, December 20, 2017 11 a.m. to ensure processing before the Winter Break.
