Temple University will be closed for Winter Break from end of business on Friday, December 21, 2018 through Tuesday, January 1, 2019.

The Office of the University Registrar will close on Friday, December 21, 2018 at 2:00 PM and reopen on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at 8:30 AM.

Transcript processing:

Electronic Transcript ordering will be available during the closure for all who are eligible. Note: Orders placed for the following are not eligible for automated electronic processing and will be completed upon our return.

    - School of Podiatric Medicine students
    - Students who have attended prior to 1980 in all programs
    - Students who cannot be automatically matched in the student information system database

Paper transcript ordering will be unavailable from Thursday December 20, 2018 at 5:00 PM to January 2, 2019 at 10:00AM.

    - Standard and rush transcript orders placed by the end of business on December 20, 2018 will be processed and mailed by end of day December 21, 2018.
    - Paper transcript processing will resume upon our return on January 2, 2019.

Duplicate diploma ordering deadline:

    - Standard duplicate diplomas: Monday, December 3, 2018
    - Rush duplicate diplomas: Wednesday, December 19, 2018
