Dear RCC Summer Bridge Students:
One of the important steps for you to complete prior to coming to Bridge is to meet with a RCC Counselor to schedule your fall classes. There are two methods to accomplish that. One, complete the survey on our website at this link to register and attend Temple University New Student Orientation on June 22 - 23, 2009 (you only need to register once - if you did it already, skip this step). On the 23rd, you will be taken to the RCC to meet with a Counselor/Advisor to register for your classes. Two, complete the survey on our website to make an individual appointment with a RCC Counselor/Advisor on either June 24, 25, 26, 29, 30 and July 1, 2. Those appointments will fill fast. If you cannot arrange an appointment, you will be registered for your fall classes during the Summer Bridge Program.
By now you should have also registered to attend a Pre-Bridge Workshop and registered for University Placement Test. You will be testing from 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with an hour break for lunch. Test results are critical guidelines for us to appropriately place you in the Summer Bridge classes and to guide your course selection for the fall. Moreover, your assignments will assist your RCC Counselor in serving you in the summer and thereafter.
