Shop Online with TUmarketplace!


Effective July 1 2009, TUmarketplace Phase 2 was implemented.

 

Tumarketplace Phase 2 has replaced Ultimus workflow requisitioning

for both catalog and non-catalog ordering. 


Similar to Amazon.com, TUmarketplace allows authorized Temple University staff to:

     ·     shop at anytime from any computer with an internet connection

·      select commodities from Temple University contracted vendors

·      compare prices

·      store products in a draft cart

·      keep track of items frequently ordered in the My Favorites folder

·      combine orders from different vendors into one shopping cart

·      take advantage of automatic payment and fast shipping

·      track new orders and refer to previous orders

·      generate reports to monitor expenditures

Commodities available from Temple University’s contracted vendors include scientific and lab supplies, computer hardware and software, maintenance, repair and operating supplies and more. This new service will reduce many P-card expenditures and eventually eliminate expenditures on master purchase orders.

Purchasing Forms Now Available at TUmarketplace

TUmarketplace Phase 2 now provides easy to use forms for the following processes:

 

-  Purchase Order Change Requests

-  Lab Coat Ordering

-  Blanket Orders (formally called Master Orders) Requests

-  Creative Services Requests

-  Radioactive Materials Requests

-  Purchasing Card Applications

 

These forms are now routed through TUmarketplace.


Accessing TUmarketplace

If you do not have access to TUmarkeplace please fill out and submit the following forms.

 

- Finance Access Request form, located under the Controller link at http://forms.temple.edu

 

- Signature Authorization form located under the Controller link at http://forms.temple.edu


Online Training and Classroom Training Available

Learn how to set up your user profile, search for products, place orders, and customize TUmarketplace by reviewing a series of online training modules visit tuportal.temple.edu and click on the help button on the upper right hand corner of the screen.

TUmarketplace training modules have moved to TUportal.
