Clinical Activities

The Department is developing new options for clinical care. These activities are designed to improve the teaching capability,particularly in the DPT program. As they grow, they will also provide opportunities for clinical research in all of our programs.

The Department currently has several faculty members who are working in clinical practice, some within the Temple University Health System, and others in pro-bono clinic and other clinical facilities throughout the Delaware Valley. We also have strong collegial relationships with the physical therapists in the Temple University Health System.  Gail Craighead, PT, DPT, MS, chief of inpatient service, and other staff provide teaching in our program and generously make the clinical site at Temple University Hospital available to us for clinical teaching.
