Brianne Magouirk Bettcher, M. A., was awarded the APA Division 40 (Neuropsychology) Early Career Research Grant.

Ellen C. Jørstad-Stein, M.Sc.,
was granted the College of Liberal Arts Graduate Student Travel Award in February 2008 from the College of Liberal Arts.

Faith Brozovich, B.A.,
received the graduate student travel and research award in 2008 from the College of Liberal Arts.

Leanne Magee, M.A., was granted the CLA Graduate Fund for Excellence Research Award in January, 2008. 

Jessica Keyser, M.A., was awarded the 2008 Psi Chi National Honor Society Graduate Research Grant and Temple Psychology's Bolton Award for her dissertation project.

Rinad Beidas, M.A., has won the 2008 Thomas E. Shipley Jr. Research Prize Fund.

Anna Rosenberg, M.A., and Rinad Beidas, M.A. were awarded ADAA Career Development Travel Awards.

2007

Alexandra Twyman, B.Sc., was granted the Julie Payette research scholarship in 2007 from NSERC.

Leanne Magee, M.A., was granted the CLA Graduate Fund for Excellence Research Award in November, 2007.

Alison Clabaugh, Kelly Sowers, and Rebecca Kang McGill, received Distinguished Teaching Awards from the College of Liberal Arts in 2007.

Rinad Beidas, M.A., was awarded the Child and Adolescent Anxiety Special Interest Group Poster Award.

2006

Brian Iacoviello, M.A., has won the 2006 Elsie Ramos Student Researcher Award from the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapy (ABCT) for the research paper below:

Iacoviello, B.M., Alloy, L.B., Abramson, L.Y., Whitehouse, W.G., & Hogan, M.E.(2006). The course of depression in individuals at high and low cognitive risk for depression:  A prospective study.  Journal of Affective Disorders, 93, 61-69.

Brian was presented his award at the ABCT meeting in Chicago, Nov. 15-19,2006.
