Bio: Brittney is a second year graduate student. She received her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Vermont in 2010. Her research interests broadly include the shifts in the cholinergic system in natural aging and pathology and its impact on attention. She currently works in Dr. Parikh’s lab, focusing on the regulation of cholinergic function by NGF receptors and beta-amyloid in relation to cognitive decline in aging and Alzheimer’s disease.
