Bio: Kristin is currently in her 5th year of graduate studies at Temple University. She received her B.A. in Psychology and English from Lafayette College and her M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Temple University. Kristin’s current research interests include emotion dysregulation in the development and maintenance of anxiety—particularly in generalized anxiety disorder and posttraumatic stress disorder. In addition, Kristin is interested in understanding the processes that underlie the efficacy of mindfulness and acceptance-based psychotherapy for anxiety disorders. She is currently working with Dr. Richard Heimberg at the Adult Anxiety Clinic of Temple.
