Bio: Tejal is currently in her clinical internship year at Weill Cornell Medical Center/New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York City. She received her B.A. in psychology from Fergusson College, India and her M.S. in psychology from Old Dominion University, VA. Tejal’s current research interests include delineating some of the clinical mediators in generalized anxiety disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder. She is also interested in an interplay between social anxiety and body image concerns in adults, especially with an emphasis on cross cultural and acculturation issues. Tejal works with Dr. Richard Heimberg.
