Graduate Psychology Application Information - Paper Application

If you are unable to apply online, then you may submit a paper application.

1. Visit http://www.temple.edu/grad/admissions/AccessGradApp.htm

a. Click where it says " If you do not have a credit card or a bank account, then you must  use the paper application. Click here to select a printable application."

b. Print and fill out application

2. Download the three page Graduate Data Sheet that is required to accompany the Temple University Application for Graduate Study. Fill it out and include it in your application packet.

If you are applying through the mail, ALL hard-copy application materials MUST BE SUBMITTED TOGETHER in a single package to the Department of Psychology. Please have recommendations, and transcripts sent in sealed envelopes directly to you and enclose them along with your Temple University Application for Graduate Study, Department of Psychology Data Sheet, your Personal Statement, a self-addressed stamped postcard, and a $75 check or money order made out to Temple University. Send this package to the following address:

3. Please have your GRE scores (and TOEFL scores if required) sent to Temple University electronically by ETS; the Temple University code is 2906.
