This 3-week program teaches design skills to the business leaders of tomorrow - and brings those skills to the business leaders of today.

Program Benefits

Attendees will participate in an intensive, workshop-based training in the principles, methods and techniques of design. During that time, classrooms look more like art studios alive with poster boards, diagrams, magazine clippings, photographs, prototypes and Post-it notes. Elite Youth Leadership & English Academy

This 4-week program is designed to develop participants' practical leadership skills as well as to improve reading and speaking competency in the English language.

Non-profit Management Certificate Program

The 3-week program is geared toward working professionals who come from, or aspire to excel in, non-profit, Women's Federation Organization (WFO) settings. The program provides a pathway for such professionals to apply a level of skills and expertise to successfully manage and develop organizations that provide optimum delivery of service.

Program Benefits

The program will be held at the Temple University Harrisburg campus. Mornings will be spent in the classroom learning content on the daily topic area. Afternoons will include visiting related organizations, discussing topics with leaders of nonprofits and WFOs, along with visits to historical and cultural sites.
