REGISTRATION CHECKLIST

On Registration Day, you MUST bring:

• Passport, I-94 (visa), I-20 or other immigration documents
• Your family's home address, telephone number, and e-mail address
• The name, address, telephone number and e-mail address of a friend or relative who lives in the United States
• A form of payment for your tuition, for example, credit card, money order or personal check

Get to Know Each Other Activity

Campus Tour-Lunch will be provided

Payment of tuition and health insurance (check, money order or traveler's check)
**Credit card payments will be made by the IELP office**

Placement Test 8:45AM - 12:30 PM

Day Three
First Day of Classes - 9:15AM
