- Estimated living expenses means how much money a student will probably need to live in the United States. Students do not pay IELP this amount.
- Cash will NOT be accepted as payment for application fees or for Express Mail.
- A late fee of $50.00 will be charged to any student that pays after the Friday of registration week.
