What is the Intensive English Language Program (IELP)?

Established in 1974, the Intensive English Language Program at Temple University is designed to guide non- English speakers to functional competence in English through a series of full-time, non-credit English language courses. The program strives to meet each participant's English language needs and introduce her/him to American culture.
