Erika Clemons joined the Office of International Affairs in December 2010, and has worked at Temple since 2008. Clemons’ is responsible for facilitating and managing international agreements and contracts between Temple and international partners, including school/college-based, as well as university-wide agreements. New international agreements, partnerships, student and faculty exchange agreements and new Dual Bachelor’s Master’s Degree program agreements are all arranged through Clemons to ensure accuracy and accountability. In addition, she coordinates visits by and events related to distinguished international educational leaders and scholars.

Martyn Miller came to Temple University in March 1999 as Director for International Services. Miller’s primary responsibility is management and oversight of three units within the Office of International Affairs: International Student and Scholar Services, the Intensive English Language Program, and Global Programs. Miller also advises university departments on issues related to international students and scholars at Temple University.

Brooke Walker joined the Office of International Affairs in December 2009, after a career in development and alumni affairs at Temple University. Walker oversees inbound student and faculty affairs, including International Admissions for Undergraduates, International Student and Scholar Services (VISA and immigration), the Intensive English Language Program, and Global Programs (Dual Bachelor’s Master’s Degree Program, Inbound Study Abroad and Inbound Exchanges). As head of Global Partnerships and Programs, Walker facilitates MOUs and contracts between universities and organizations and manages international delegation visits to Temple and abroad for university leadership and community. Walker is committed to collaborating with leadership, faculty, administrators and students to advance Temple’s globalization effort.
