Hazim Hardeman becomes Temple’s first Rhodes Scholar

The 2017 Klein graduate who grew up only blocks from Main Campus makes history as Temple's first recipient of the scholarship. Hardeman was one of 32 selected from more than 850 applicants to receive a 2018 Rhodes Scholarship, the oldest and most prestigious international academic award available to Americans.

Provost Epps Ranked #10 Most Influential in Legal Education

The National Jurist has once again named Provost Epps as one of the most influential people in legal education, making this the fourth consecutive year she received this honor. Named executive vice president and provost in July 2016, Epps had served as Temple's Law School dean for the previous eight years.

SMC RENAMED IN HONOR OF BROADCASTING PIONEER LEW KLEIN

The School of Media and Communication was renamed the Lew Klein College of Media and Communication in a formal dedication this past spring. This tribute honors Lew Klein's 64 years of teaching at Temple and a lifetime of contributions to his field as an educator and broadcast executive.
