Visiting Interns
A "visiting intern" is an external graduate student who is satisfying curriculum course requirements that are counted toward the completion of the individual's degree from another accredited institution. The purpose of the "internship" is to provide the student experiential learning in the field for which s/he is preparing.
Process for Becoming a Visiting Intern
- Research Temple University's schools and colleges, degree programs, and university offices to find an area of interest and contact the appropriate faculty/staff to discuss the possibility of becoming a visiting intern.
- If a visiting internship is available, the faculty/staff mentor will complete the Visiting Intern Appointment Letter and, if needed, request Guest Access for the visiting intern. Before the internship can officially begin, the visiting intern must sign the Visiting Intern Appointment Letter.
