Office of the Registrar

The Office of the University Registrar provides academic support at Temple University by maintaining the integrity of academic policies, records and student information systems. Our services include degree and enrollment certification, fulfilling transcript requests, Pennsylvania Residency appeals and Veterans educational benefits.

Student Financial Services

The founder of Temple University, Dr. Russell H. Conwell, believed that education should be available to anyone on the basis of their intellectual and personal motivation, regardless of their income.
