A proposal should be in the pipeline approximately 8-10 weeks prior to the Academic Affairs Committee meeting.  The timeline allows for consultation with the appropriate groups (Graduate Board, EPPC, Office of Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs) and revisions to the original proposal. 

 

Proposals should be prepared using the guidelines and forms available from the Office of Academic Affairs and Assessment.
