Property Accounting

Welcome to Temple University's Property Accounting web site.  This department is charged with the responsibility of carrying out the capitalization policy established by the University. 

The department of Cost & Property Accounting organizationally reports to the Controller's Office www.temple.edu/controller, and we are located on the Main campus in Wachman Hall #1107.  Wachman Hall is located between Barrack Hall (formerly College Hall) and Carnell Hall which are all situated on the north east corner of Broad & Montgomery Streets.
