The Greek Affair is a three-day event that St. Luke Greek Orthodox Church, Broomall, Pa, holds as a fundraiser every September. It is an event for members of the Greek-American community, as well as people who enjoy the Greek culture.

The restaurant offers several different choices of home-cooked food, prepared by members of the parish. They sell Greek pastries and coffee, plus artifacts and relics describing Greek life.

The St. Luke dance groups perform, as well as troupes from neighboring churches, like St. Sophia of Norristown, Pa. There is a flea market, rides and games for the younger children.

And for the adults, on Saturday and Sunday evening, they close the restaurant and hold a Greek-style Taverna. The music is supplied by the band Atlantis, a local act that performs traditional and modern Greek music. Here the young people of the community can gather and dance to the music of their homeland, as well as meet with other young Greek-Americans.
