Are you scheduled for a cosmetic surgical procedure in the next three to six months? If so, you may be eligible to participate in a confidential, internet-based study of characteristics of women seeking cosmetic surgery.

English-speaking women between the ages of 18 and 75 seeking one of the following cosmetic surgical procedures are eligible:

- liposuction (fat removal)
- breast augmentation
- breast reduction
- abdominoplasty (tummy tuck)
- rhinoplasty (nose reshaping)
- rhytidectomy (face lift)
- blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery)

Eligible participants will be provided with a secure study ID and password to access the confidential internet survey. You can participate wherever you have access to the internet. No in-person visits are required. For completing your 1-hour, on-line preoperative assessment, you will be entered into a lottery for a chance to win a $100 gift certificate to local spas, salons, and restaurants. You will have an opportunity to enter the lottery again by completing additional assessments at 3, 6, and 12 months after your surgery.
