A gun built in Georgia is sold illegally in Alabama in 1994. From there, it makes its way to Washington, D.C. where it kills three people, including Mike Miller. Since then, his brother, Bryan Miller, has made it his mission to stop gun trafficking between Pennsylvania and New Jersey and end the violence caused by illegal guns.
