Jeff has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He has held positions of increasing responsibility in the drug discovery, drug metabolism, GMP compliance, computer validation quality assurance, and IS compliance functions at Merck Research Laboratories and Celgene Corporation. Currently, Jeff is the Associate Director of IS Compliance at Celgene where he is responsible for directing the Metrology, Computer Validation Services, and IS Compliance groups. He manages approximately 30 people, is responsible for computer validation at the company, and has established and is currently directing the computer vendor audit program.

Jeff is currently a Senior Member of ASQ, a member of DIA, a member of ISPE, and an active participant in the GAMP Forum where he is a contributing member of the international Risk Management SIG. Jeff has a BA in Biochemistry from Cook College, Rutgers University (Graduated with Highest Honors) and an MS degree in Biochemistry from Rutgers Graduate School. He has over 20 publications, abstracts, and patents.
