Peter Smith is President of Research Quality Assurance, a consulting firm specializing in clinical and pre-clinical audits, facility inspections, and training.  He has held various positions in the pharmaceutical industry over the past twenty years, including work in toxicology and GLP/GCP auditing. He received a BS degree in Biology from Drexel, an MS in Chemistry from West Chester, and a PhD from Temple’s School of Pharmacy. He is a member of the Drug Information Association and the Society of Quality Assurance. In addition to teaching at Temple, he has presented drug development topics at the International Institute of Research, Barnett International, DIA, and SQA.
