Kathy Roberts is Director, Office of Medical/Legal at Merck & Co., Inc., handling communications with FDA's Division of Drug Marketing, Advertising and Communications regarding promotional materials, and providing regulatory consultation to the U.S. Marketing and Promotion teams. Prior to joining Merck, she spent 20 years at Rhone-Poulenc Rorer Pharmaceuticals, Inc., in Regulatory Affairs, involved in the submission of INDs and NDAs and review of promotional material. She has BS from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA in Marketing from Temple University.
