Recently retired, Cynthia Phillips, B.S., M.B.A was a Director of Promotional Regulatory Affairs (PRA) at AstraZeneca for the past six years.  She managed the field- deployed regulatory staff and provided and strategic regulatory advice to sales leadership on product promotion and policy issues.  Ms. Phillips began her pharmaceutical career as a sales representative with Merck.  She joined Astra Merck in 1992 where she held a number of positions in the field including field marketing, business management and PRA field staff.   Ms. Phillips received her B.S. in Management  from Cardinal Stritch College and an MBA in eCommerce from West Chester  University.  Cindy lives in Townsend, DE with her husband, mother and sister.
