Robert Dettery is the Vice President, Regulatory Affairs for United Research Laboratories and Mutual Pharmaceutical Company. He has over twenty-four years of regulatory experience in government and the pharmaceutical industry. He received a BA degree in Biology from Temple University and a MS degree in Biology from Lehigh University. Upon completion of his graduate studies, he joined the U.S. Food and Drug Administration where he was employed in FDA’s Philadelphia District Office as a Consumer Safety Officer for more than eleven years. He joined URL/Mutual in 1989 and served as Director of Regulatory Affairs until 1993, when he was promoted to his current position. As V.P., Regulatory Affairs, he is responsible for all regulatory functions of this generic pharmaceutical manufacturer/distributor.
