Steve Cipolla has been a practicing lawyer for 20 years and has experience both as a law firm litigator and is currently an inside lawyer at Merck where he has been since 1991. He has worked in the areas of FDA regulation of promotion and advertising, antitrust counseling and litigation, Medicaid and Medicare fraud and abuse regulations, and various other aspects of Merck's worldwide business. He received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania in 1976 and his JD from Dickinson School of Law in 1985.
