Barry Berger is a corporate consultant with over 20 years experience in multinational and start-up settings in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. He has held senior positions at Aventis Pharmaceuticals, Rhone-Poulenc, Praxis Biologics, Bausch & Lomb and Schering-Plough in areas including food and drug law, mergers and licensing, management of complex litigation, and training and development on corporate compliance and preventive law. Mr. Berger holds a JD from Temple University, an MBA in Management from Rutgers and a BA from CCNY. He has participated in professional training seminars and also in the Executive Management Program at Dartmouth. An active member of the American Corporate Counsel, American Bar, and the New York and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, he also serves on the Executive Committee of the New York State Food, Drug and Device Section. He has been Chairman of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Food, Drug and Cosmetic Law Section and the Editorial Board of the New Jersey State Bar Journal.
