New students: You may fax in your registration to the QA/RA Office (remember to include a state residency form).
Continuing students: you may register through OWLnet or you may fax your registration to the QA/RA Office.
Summer Billing: Bills for SECOND SUMMER SESSION courses will be issued on May 27th and are due June 17th. Temple University does not offer installment plans for the summer sessions. If your bill is not paid by June 17th for the Second Summer Session, your registration will be cancelled, and you will be charged a $100.00 reinstatement fee. Please pay your Second Summer Session bill by June 17th to avoid this. If you register after June 17th, you will be issued a bill immediately, and it will be due within five days. Again, if you do not pay your bill by the due date, your registration will be cancelled.
Temple Email: All Temple University students must have a Temple e-mail account which provides access to Owlnet services, such as on-line registration, bill and payment information, grades, and transcripts. You may forward your Temple e-mail account to your work or home e-mail. To obtain a Temple e-mail account, follow the instructions at: https://accounts.temple.edu You must wait 24 hours after registering for classes to create a Temple email account.
