Many thanks to everyone who responded with support to the Al Robinson Portrait Fund. As announced in the winter Apothecary, Al’s portrait will be hung in one of the labs to give tribute to his 38 years of service as the School of Pharmacy’s laboratory coordinator.

Spanning the decades Al was employed at the School, donations came in from alumni representing every decade – Alumni Board President Irv Gibbs ’65 was the first person to contribute to the fund. Soon after from: Sharon McNichol ’77, Jeffrey Yannello ’83 and Chunlin Zhao ’02.

When Al received a card congratulating him on his retirement from Linda Barton and Linda Hirsh, he knew immediately they were from the Class of 1985. What a memory!
