Roland (Rolly) N. Dickerson, Pharm.D, BCNSP ('79) has been selected as
a 2011 Fellow of the American Society of Health Systems Pharmacists (ASHP). The ASHP Practitioner Recognition Program recognize
excellence in practice and promotes public awareness of outstanding pharmacists. Those pharmacists achieving "Fellow" status must meet
rigorous criteria in areas including contributions to scientific
literature, research, and education, as well as leadership in
professional activities. In addition, the pharmacist must have
practiced within a health-system pharmacy for at least 10 years. Dr.
Dickerson is a Professor of Clinical Pharmacy at the University of
Tennessee Health Science Center and practices as a Clinical Pharmacist
in Nutrition Support at the Regional Medical Center at Memphis. He was
also the 2011 Sprowls Distinguished Lecturer here at Temple in April.
