The day started with a lecture by Dr. Thomas Lodise, associate professor at Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Albany, NY who discussed "Getting Started in Clinical Research: Elements for Success."

Students and research associates presented sixty-five posters and gave brief presentations highlighting their research activities in various fields.
