If there is any question as to what academic records should be submitted with an international application, visit the World Education Services (WES) website at http://wes.org/required.

Most international students will be required to submit the Testing of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL; minimum score is 600 for the paper version or 250 for the computer version).  In addition, scores on the Graduate Record Exams (GREs) must be submitted and all foreign transcripts must be evaluated for equivalency.   Temple University offers a foreign credentials evaluation service on a during the months of December through March each year.   The evaluation process can be time consuming and students are strongly encouraged to get their transcripts to our office as soon as possible (deadline is December 15th).  Alternatively, outside services such as World Education Services (WES) will evaluate your transcript in approximately one week for a fee.  Fees for these services are approximately  $100-200.  The results of these formal evaluations may be used in the future for other purposes.
