Kathleen A. Kolodziejski (née Campbell), July 26, 1967-September 13, 2009
Kate, a native Philadelphian, graduated from Temple University School of Pharmacy in 1991. She was passionate about her practice as both a comm
unity and mail order pharmacist. Her kind and caring demeanor endeared her to her many patients.
Six years after graduation, Kate married and had a son and daughter. She remained involved in her charitable endeavours because she felt the need to "give something back."
She left an indelible and inspiring impression on those who knew and loved her. In her memory, her husband has created The Kathleen Campbell Kolodziejski Memorial Gift.
