Biosketch 

 

Dr. Patel is an ambulatory clinical pharmacist currently practicing at Temple Hospital Outpatient Internal Medicine Clinic. Patients are referred to Dr. Patel for anticoagulation monitoring, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes management, and instruction in the use of asthma/COPD devices as well as for non-compliance counseling. Fourth year pharmacy students rotate through her site. She is involved in Pharmacotherapy courses relating to her areas of expertise. Dr. Patel is a board certified pharmacotherapist (BCPS) and immunization provider.
