Pharm.D. Program

 

Dr. Rachel Clark_Vetri and students in clinicApplications to Temple University School of Pharmacy are processed through the Pharmacy College Application Service (PharmCAS). This centralized service collects and processes applications for participating pharmacy schools and colleges. Applicants who apply through PharmCAS submit a completed web-based application comprised of biographical data, post-secondary institutions attended, academic course history, work experience, extracurricular activities, and a personal statement. It is the applicant's responsibility to read and follow all PharmCAS and institution-specific instructions.  Admission requirements may be viewed at http://schoolpages.pharmcas.org/publishedsurvey/455

The School also requires a supplemental application [pdf pdf icon]. The supplemental application includes complete application instructions and fee information.

 

Please take a moment to review the prerequisite course list (Temple)/ prerequisite course list (Non Temple), the curriculum and the Technical Standards for the Doctor of Pharmacy degree. The FAQ may answer some of your questions.
